And you can see a detailed review of the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 here. Not sure which GoPro action camera to choose? Then take a look at our review at the link: Which GoPro action camera to choose in 2017?
How to start Take your Xiaomi Mi Band 2 out of the box and put it on charge for 2 hours.
Charging is necessary to make sure, since from the factory trackers often come with zero charge.
Begin connections Install the “Mi Fit” app on your smartphone. is the official app from Xiaomi, designed specifically for Mi Band 2.
Go to the smartphone settings and turn on Bluetooth. connection of our bracelet named “Mi” should connect automatically.
After all these actions, open the application itself.
Connecting to the Mi Fit app Open the app and tap the bottom “Sign in” icon.
Next, we have to go to the authorization and registration page, since this is the first time we launch the application, we choose “Create Mi Account”.
We went to the account linking page, here we will need to enter the actual cell phone number. You will receive an SMS confirming your registration with a code. Choose the top item with the country code and look for your home country. For Belarus, the code field is combined with the code.
For Russia, there is a separate line, according to the alphabet.
After you’ve chosen the code, you should enter phone number with a code of operator (you do not need to enter the country code).
In the column “PW” we must enter the password. Password should be 8 to 16 characters long, including letters and numbers. For example this: “Kfmr455mele”. It’s very important (don’t forget to copy or remember your password).
After entering the password, click on “Create Mi Account”.
Then we need to enter a code like on the picture to prove that we are not robots. Enter the code 1 in 1 as in the picture, respecting the capital letters. After entering it we press “Ok”.
After entering the code, you appear on the page of entering a secret code, which will come to your number by SMS, the input code should be given only one minute. Hurry up. In the window on the left remove “Enter verfication code” and enter the code from the SMS. press the “Next” button.
Registration is almost complete, you get to your profile page, wait for about 1-2 minutes until it is completely loaded and then click on “Sign in”.

Now we go on to the personal details. On the next page choose your gender.
Of course, you will also need to enter your actual weight.
The last point is interesting, because you have to choose how many steps you usually walk in one day. This is very important, because based on this parameter, the application will calculate your “lucky” days, t.If you have not met your goal for the day, you will not be able to do it. For most people it’s okay to set it to 10.000 thousand steps. this is the norm for an average person who does not even do sports, if you run (running distances of 5-10 km, it is optimal to set the value of about 18-20.000 steps). You can change this setting in the future.
After you set the value of the number of steps, click on “Finish” and here I have a problem, because the button was not active (the setting was done on an iPhone 5S). If you have the same thing, then do not get nervous, and follow our instructions. Just close the application completely through the manager of running applications. Do not be afraid, the connection settings will not be erased and you will not have to enter them again. Close the application.
And restart the “Mi Fit” app on your smartphone.

Wait until the capsule begins to vibrate, wait another 5-10 seconds and then put your index finger to the front of the capsule (which was used to put the Xiaomi Mi Band 1S Pulse to the smartphone). A confirmation should appear on the screen. By the way, each operating system has its own system of binding and on some versions of Android you will need to simply attach your finger to the front and wait for vibration, this example with the attachment of the tracker to the screen was described for the device on iOS. After all these steps, you can get a notification of synchronization of the tracker and incoming calls to your smartphone. confirm this action and continue setting.
- Find band. activates the vibration to help find the lost bracelet
